We offer tuition from preschool to university level, including exam preparation and revision support. Subjects depend on tutor availability and student needs.

Both options are available: Home tuition (at the student’s residence), Online tuition (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Parents can choose what works best for them.

All tutors are: Interviewed and vetted, required to submit valid identification, Bound by a Tutor Code of Conduct and assessed based on qualifications and teaching ability.

Yes, parents may speak with the assigned tutor regarding: Teaching approach, Schedule and Student learning needs. However, payment and fees are handled strictly through JayVine Home Tuition, not directly with tutors.

Fees depend on: Subject(s), Level of the student, Number and duration of sessions, Type of tuition (home or online). A Fee Schedule / Payment Summary will be shared and confirmed before lessons begin.

All payments are made directly to JayVine Home Tuition via approved payment methods.
Parents should not pay tutors directly.

Yes, fees may be discussed, but all agreed-upon fees are always confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before lessons commence.

If a tutor becomes unavailable, JayVine Home Tuition will recommend a replacement where possible. The service operates as an agency, and tutor assignments are managed by us.

Tutors assigned through JayVine Home Tuition remain under the agency’s arrangement.
Direct fee negotiations or private arrangements outside the agency are not permitted.

Reasonable notice must be given to the service provider when a lesson cannot take place.

While we take safety seriously, JayVine Home Tuition is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during home tuition, except where required by law.

Parents can request a tutor by: Filling out a Tutor Request Form, or contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. We will respond as soon as a suitable tutor is available.
